Return Eligibility : Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with all tags attached.

Restocking Fees : A 15% restocking fee applies to certain items, including clearance or custom orders. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it using the same process as a refund and place a new order for the desired product. We recommend doing this simultaneously to avoid delays.
Refund Timeline : Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank account depending on your financial institution.
